Terms of Service
Last updated: May 30, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern automotive repair services provided by LL&A Auto Repair ("LL&A," "we," "us," or "our") and your use of the website at llaautorepair.com (the "Site"). By bringing your vehicle to us or using the Site, you agree to these Terms.
1. Estimates and Authorization
Before performing any diagnostic work or repair, we will provide a written or verbal estimate when reasonably possible. No work that materially increases the estimated cost will be performed without your authorization. By signing or verbally approving a repair order, you authorize LL&A and its employees to operate your vehicle for the purpose of testing, inspection, and delivery.
2. Diagnostic Fees
Diagnostic time may be charged whether or not you choose to proceed with repairs. The applicable diagnostic fee will be disclosed before diagnostic work begins.
3. Parts
Unless you request otherwise in writing, we may use new, remanufactured, rebuilt, or quality aftermarket parts. Replaced parts will be returned to you on request at the time you authorize the repair, except for parts required to be returned to a supplier under a warranty or core-charge program.
4. Payment
Payment in full is due upon completion of the repair and before the vehicle is released. We accept the payment methods listed in the shop. Unpaid balances may accrue storage fees and are subject to a mechanic's lien under Georgia law (O.C.G.A. § 40-3-54 and related statutes).
5. Storage and Abandoned Vehicles
Vehicles not picked up within three (3) business days after notice of completion may be subject to a daily storage fee. Vehicles left unclaimed may be processed as abandoned under Georgia law.
6. Warranty
Repairs are covered by our written limited warranty, available in the shop and on our website. The warranty covers defects in parts and workmanship for the period stated on your invoice. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, neglect, accident, modification, racing, towing beyond rated capacity, or normal wear. Some parts carry separate manufacturer warranties; those terms control for the covered parts.
THIS WARRANTY IS THE ONLY EXPRESS WARRANTY PROVIDED BY LL&A. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE EXPRESS WARRANTY PERIOD. Your rights under the federal Magnuson–Moss Warranty Act and applicable state law are not affected.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LL&A's total liability for any claim relating to a repair shall not exceed the amount you paid for that repair. LL&A is not liable for loss of use, lost wages, towing, rental car expense, or other incidental or consequential damages, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.
8. Personal Property
Please remove valuables before leaving your vehicle. LL&A is not responsible for personal items left in vehicles.
9. Website Use
The Site is provided "as is" for informational purposes. Service availability, pricing, and turnaround times shown on the Site are estimates and may change. You may not use the Site to transmit harmful code, scrape content for resale, or impersonate another person.
10. Intellectual Property
All text, images, logos, and marks on the Site are owned by LL&A or used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without our written consent.
11. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Rockdale County, Georgia, and you consent to that venue. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable rights you have as a consumer under Georgia or federal law.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
