Our Promise

Limited Repair Warranty

Last updated: May 30, 2026

Coverage

LL&A Auto Repair warrants the parts we install and the labor we perform to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 24 months or 24,000 miles, whichever occurs first, from the date and odometer reading on your invoice (the "Warranty Period"). Some manufacturer parts carry a longer warranty; in that case the longer manufacturer term applies to those parts.

What We'll Do

During the Warranty Period, we will repair or replace, at our option and at no charge to you, any covered part or labor that fails due to a defect. This is your sole and exclusive remedy.

What's Not Covered

  • Customer-supplied parts (labor only — no parts warranty).
  • Damage from accident, abuse, neglect, lack of required maintenance, modification, off-road or competition use, or operating a vehicle with a known defect.
  • Normal wear items beyond their reasonable service life (brake pads, wiper blades, filters, bulbs, belts, etc.).
  • Consequential damage such as towing, lost wages, rental vehicles, or loss of use, except where required by law.
  • Repairs performed by anyone other than LL&A on a covered system without our prior written approval.

How to Make a Claim

  1. Stop driving the vehicle if continued operation could cause further damage.
  2. Call us at (404) 713-6421 as soon as the issue appears.
  3. Bring the vehicle and your original invoice to our shop at 1537 Dogwood Drive SW, Conyers, GA 30012 for inspection.

Nationwide Coverage

If you are more than 25 miles from our shop when a covered failure occurs, contact us before authorizing repairs. We participate in nationwide warranty networks through our parts suppliers (TechNet, NAPA, and similar programs) and will help coordinate covered repairs through a participating shop when available.
